Cleanly Terms and Conditions

Cleanly Assist is a cleaning-services booking platform for customers in Israel. By using the Cleanly website or mobile app, you agree to use the service for lawful bookings, provide accurate contact and service-location details, and treat providers respectfully.

Bookings and services

Cleaning services are provided by registered providers. Service scope, price, schedule, advance payment, cancellation rules, and any add-ons are shown before confirmation.

Payments

Cleanly may support online payment through Hyp Pay and cash on delivery where enabled. Online payments are processed by the payment provider. Cleanly does not store full card numbers.

Cancellations and changes

Customers may request changes or cancellation according to the policy shown in the app. Fees may apply when a provider has already been assigned, is on the way, or work has started.
