This may include name, phone number, email address, service address, booking details, payment status, support messages, device information, and app usage information. Payment card data is handled by the payment provider and is not stored in full by Cleanly.

We use information to schedule cleaning services, assign providers, send booking notifications, verify payment status, prevent misuse, respond to support requests, and improve the Cleanly platform.

Sharing

We share only the information needed with assigned providers, payment processors, hosting and notification services, and legal authorities where required. We do not sell customer personal information.
