Cleanly Assist collects the information needed to create accounts, manage bookings, process payments, provide support, improve service quality, and meet legal obligations in the United Arab Emirates.

Information we collect

This may include name, phone number, email address, service address, booking details, payment status, support messages, device information, and app usage information. Payment card data is handled by the payment provider and is not stored in full by Cleanly.

How we use information

We use information to schedule cleaning services, assign providers, send booking notifications, verify payment status, prevent misuse, respond to support requests, and improve the Cleanly platform.

Sharing

We share only the information needed with assigned providers, payment processors, hosting and notification services, and legal authorities where required. We do not sell customer personal information.

Your rights

In line with UAE personal data protection law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team.
