You may request deletion of your Cleanly account data by contacting support from your registered email address or through the mobile app support flow.

What to include

Please include your full name, registered phone number, registered email address, and a short note confirming that you want your account deleted.

What may be retained

Some records, such as invoices, transaction logs, fraud-prevention records, support history, or legally required accounting information, may be retained for the period required under Israeli law.
